For a project at our client ‘s site, an international insurance company based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced IT Business/System Analyst – Portal Solutions. The projects the BA will be working on are within the Commercial Insurance area, preferred domain knowledge should include International Program business, Policy and Claims, and Risk Engineering. To cover various projects within the digital area (for example enhancing the digital experience for the customer), you should have the following qualification:
Qualifikationen
5 or more years working as a Technical BA in Financial Industries, preferably Insurances
Strong technical background is a must; affinity to digital / new technology space (how customers interact with the company)
Strong data analysis skills, performs testing and supports SMEs and project owners in the organization of UAT tests
Experience in process workflow and procedures documentation development (preferred tools: Visio, ARIS)
Worked on projects for various business communities/areas within the insurance sector
Fluent written and spoken English

Describes as-is/to-be models as part of the requirements elicitation process i.e.; process, data, workflow, application etc…
Performs testing and supports SMEs and project owners in the organization of UAT tests.
Make recommendations for the digital experience toward the client / new technology enhancements
Supports project manager in building business case, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope and development of a high level plan as it relates to portal solutions
Analyzes and manages requirement risk, traceability matrix and prioritizes requirements
Supports development of test plan, testing, implementation
