For a perm position at our client ‘s site based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Java Developer. You will join a small property-management company with a team of about 40 people in Zurich and a team in Poland. In order to bring innovation into the property management sector, they are working on several IT-platforms to automize and digitalize processes and products. Now they are looking for a hands-on Java developer, who is able to act as technical lead but also as solution architect to manage the project in collaboration with the team in Poland. Qualifikationen
Degree (ETH/Uni/FH/) in Computer Science or equivalent education with practical experience
Minimum 3 years experience in Java 8 technologies
Practical experience in all phases of software development (analysis, design, specification, implementation, integration, testing)
Experience with Linux, Maven, Postgres, ElasticSearch, rabbitMQL, Redis, Tomcat, Spring and Reserve-Proxy
Communicative, high degree of autonomy and strong conceptual thinking
Willingness to travel once a month to Warsaw
Fluent in English, German is a plus

Linking the software developments to the ERP system (SOAP Webservice Interface to Dynamic NAV)
Technical lead and recruiting of small team of 5 members
Bring new ideas into discussion
Act as a project manager and single point of contact for the business side
