For a project at our client‘s site, a biopharmaceutical company based near Neuchâtel, we are looking for a motivated French speaking IT Supporter – Pharma / Manufacturing. This position will be dedicated to a new project for the deployment of the IT processes, infrastructure and systems supporting the design, implementation and operational set up of the new production facility.
Qualifikationen
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Support and administration of Manufacturing, Laboratory and Quality systems or equivalent in a pharmaceutical environment
Good Microsoft Operating Systems & Network skills
Expereince in Microsoft Office Suite is a must have
ITIL Foundations is preferred
Knowledge of the regulated pharmaceutical environment and GxP, GAMP is a strong plus
Knowledge of a Data Acquisition System (OSI PI / Kepware) and of Automation technologies are a plus
Fluent in French and good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Aufgaben
Installation, configuration and administration of computerized devices and peripherals such (thermal printers, industrial barcode readers)
Support vendors during setup of Production and Laboratory computerized systems
Documentation authoring according to GxP principles
Support the qualification of hardware and validation of software applications in collaboration with specialists in accordance with computer validation policies
All the above activities may be performed in the clean room area
