For a project at our client ‘s site, an international company based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer. You will be responsible for creating/writing the instructional content of the project within the technological environment of the customer. Understanding the customer’s business environment and needs, you will write the instructional content for all deliverables.
Qualifikationen
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position preferably with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the applicable field
2+ years’ experience with online learning, providing comprehensive deliverables to individuals and organizations
Great experience in instructional design (within online learning), while participating in all phases of the project life cycle
Proven track record in researching content and converting information, while having superior writing skills (concise, creative and effective)
Excellent computer skills including experience as a scriptwriter with expertise in creating complex, realistic scenarios for videos and audios
Fluent in English
Aufgaben
Define the customer and learners' needs as well as their relationship to the customer’s business objectives and issues
Articulate how the project relates to initiatives and write content into the authoring tool, using models to create the instructional document
Organize content into effective and appropriate groupings while ensuring the content/structure is designed and developed to standards
Ensure that the media teaches and is appropriate for the intended instructional purpose as well as ensuring that all storyboards, graphics and final versions are edited
Identify customer concerns, as well as express issues/objections and share them with the Project Manager
Perform Learner Quality Assurance on other IDs' courses, checking that the end-users will learn from the training
