For a longer-term project at our client ‘s site based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Service Desk and Onsite Support – IMACD. As part of the Service Desk team, you will be responsible for Deskside Support and for configuration of PCs. Also, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service desk first line telephone support service.
Qualifikationen
Experience as an Onsite Service Desk Support
Strong skills in IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install) with experience in Hardware Break Fix Services
Well versed in Desk Side-, VIP-, Special and Printer Support
Deep understanding in configuration of PC and management of local stock PCs
Good knowledge of Data backup and transfers
Strong organizational, interpersonal and coordination skills
Customer oriented personality
Fluent in English and German

Responsible for the installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems of PCs and Cabling Services
Assisting end user to carry out data backup or data transfer to/from OneDrive
