For a short-term project with our partner company based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Software Developer – Python / VBA. The ideal candidate is responsible for extracting the KPIs from the financial statements, calculating the KPIs and storing them in the database.
Qualifikationen
Many years’ experience as Software Developer with strong programming skills in Python and VBA, ideally within Insurance industry
Good experience with relational databases and MS Access in particular
In-depth knowledge of financial statements
Reliable and solution-oriented way of working
Fluent in English and German
Aufgaben
PDF extraction using Python (incl. libraries such as pyocr, xlrd)
KPI calculation via Python or VBA
Storage of data and reporting layer via MS Access database and VBA
